Pickle and Oil De-rusting
The pickle and oil process is applied to contaminated heavily soiled products and involves:
- Immersion electro clean
- rinse hydrochloric acid,
- rinse,
- 15 - 20 min in an agitated alkaline zinc plating solution
- rinse in a caustic solution ph5.
- dry the parts.
- dip in an oil that specified by customer.
